Cara Lai FitzGibbon, MSW earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Vermont and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design. She has studied and trained extensively in mindfulness, and uses a combination of mindfulness-based, somatic, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral techniques in her practice.read more
